* Warehouse Freezer Crew Member: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - Finish
* Order Puller (Night Shift): Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - Finish
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Certified Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating reach trucks, moving inventory efficiently, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures ranging from 30°ree;F to 40°ree;F. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
Responsibilities
* Safely operate a certified reach forklift and other warehouse equipment.
* Unload products from incoming trailers and store them in designated warehouse or freezer locations.
* Move inventory to racks, pallets, or staging areas for storage and shipment.
* Accurately stock, replenish, and organize inventory.
* Inspect products for damage and report inventory discrepancies or quality concerns.
* Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
* Maintain accurate inventory and equipment logs.
* Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse guidelines.
* Assist with general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, organized work area.
* Work safely and efficiently in a refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures between 30°ree;F and 40°ree;F.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience required.
* Current Reach Forklift Certification required.
* Previous experience operating a Reach Truck required.
* Experience working in refrigerated, chilled, or freezer warehouse environments preferred.
* Ability to work comfortably in a 30°ree;F to 40°ree;F refrigerated environment for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and organizational skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds , bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods.
* Reliable attendance and the ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
