Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator for a growing food production company located in Chelsea, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, safety-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Saturday 5:30 AM - Finish
Responsibilities
* Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, load, unload, and stage products throughout the facility
* Utilize warehouse management systems and computer software for inventory tracking and order processing
* Accurately scan and record product movements
* Load and unload shipments while maintaining product quality and safety standards
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Follow company procedures and food production safety regulations
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced production and warehouse setting
Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years of recent stand-up forklift operating experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or food production environment preferred
* Strong computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse systems
* Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
* Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
* Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
