You will operate and monitor press and banding tools within an assembly cell while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!Key ResponsibilitiesOperate equipment in an assembly cell to maintain workflow and production quotasOrganize completed assemblies and keep work areas free of excess materialsLoad assemblies onto pallets using established stacking methodsCreate inventory tags (Router/WIP) as requiredExecute basic operations within your work cell per instructionsProcure batches and follow the production priority scheduleAssemble packaging materials as neededPerform quality checks and inspect parts during packingMaintain a clean, safe work environment aligned with 5S standardsFollow all Quality Objectives, System Policies, Procedures, and InstructionsAdhere to established production and quality standardsPrioritize safety for yourself, the team, and company productsSet up dies accurately, following standardized instructionsVerify proper packaging and piece counts for skids/containersEnter production data accurately into the MRP (AX) systemQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to read and interpret safety, production, and quality documentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workPositive team player with effective communication skillsAble to lift/move up to 40 pounds and perform various physical tasksFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards a plusReady to Make an Impact?
