This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Essential FunctionsSet up and operate stamping press machines according to production schedules and specifications.Load materials, monitor machine performance, and adjust settings as needed.Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and visual quality checks.Complete production and quality documentation accurately.Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and all safety procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues.Regular attendance and compliance with the Company's handbook policies and procedures.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. All clothing must be free from metal, and no metal may be worn into the secure area of the building.
