Staging OperatorThis is an on-site position located in Aurora, Ohio.LayerZero Power Systems LLC. is a globally recognized leader in providing state-of-the-art power distribution solutions for critical industries. LayerZero Power Systems is on a trajectory of sustained growth, with a loyal customer base of existing Fortune 100 customers and an expanding portfolio of new customers.The Staging Operator at LayerZero Power Systems LLC. will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components for production while ensuring they are properly organized and ready for use. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are required.Primary Duties:Follow 3D model to install final parts (i.e. cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinetsUse standard hand tools (i.e.

drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) to complete tasks assignedSort and stage material to be used at final packaging stationAssemble wood pallets as requiredVerify the accuracy of the materials and components received by comparing them to the specifications providedMonitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnelAdhere to safety protocols and maintain clean and organized staging areaAssists in other tasks related to material handling and inventory control as neededStanding for extended periods of time also will be bending, squatting, kneeling, or climbing a stepladderExperience & Skills:Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations preferredBasic knowledge of standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.)Basic computer skills (i.e. web browser, email)Familiarity with manufacturing processes and types of materials/componentsHandle multiple tasks simultaneouslyManual dexterity and good hand-eye coordinationEducation:High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred.Why Join Us?
