Staffing Recruiter

MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN 30-MINUTES OF ANDERSON, IN

• Develop and assist with the recruiting and sourcing strategies for the client groups you support along with recruiting strategies, sourcing, candidate engagement, client management and industry trends.
• Consult with Business Owners, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, Plant Managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies and programs (Job Fairs, Community Programs, Human Resource & Safety Seminars etc.)
• Communicate with client groups with feedback (Exit Interviews) and market industry information
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience to your Hiring Managers
• Partner with Human Resources to present offers to both internal and external candidates.
• Embrace a data-driven approach to recruiting to improve standards, create smarter strategies, and improve recruiting results (KPI’s)
• Be an expert on all recruitment activities for your assigned business groups and clients.
• Always Represent the company in a professional manner ensuring quality customer service

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; Degree preferred, but not required.
• Must have prior staffing or recruiting experience (1-3 years of experience preferred).
• Knowledge of or ability to learn all organization policies and procedures, products, and services.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, regulations, and statutes.
• Ability to be flexible and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to travel to and from client worksites for meetings, tours, and safety evaluations.
