Here's why:You ensure our residents receive consistent, high-quality care by maintaining accurate and effective staff schedulesYou collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and proactively fill open shiftsYou communicate with team members to support attendance, timekeeping, and schedule adjustmentsYou assist with recruiting coordination to help maintain appropriate staffing levelsYou respond to scheduling needs after business hours and on weekends as neededYour organization and responsiveness help create a supportive environment for both residents and staffPosition Responsibilities:Manage staff schedules using OnShift or similar scheduling softwareMonitor open shifts and proactively secure coverageTrack attendance, call-offs, and staffing trendsSupport recruiting and onboarding coordination for care team membersMaintain accurate timekeeping recordsCommunicate effectively with department leaders regarding staffing needsProvide after-hours scheduling support as neededYou'll be a great fit if you:Have previous experience managing employee schedules (OnShift experience preferred)Have strong organizational skills and attention to detailAre comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare or senior living environmentCommunicate clearly and professionally with team members and leadershipAre responsive and solutions-orientedAre willing to participate in an on-call rotation for scheduling supportHave a High School diploma or equivalentWork Location: On-site at the communityOur people and our residents are at the center of everything we do.
