** Key Responsibilities **
* Recruit, interview, and place candidates for a variety of positions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with associates throughout their assignments
* Support client needs by ensuring timely and effective placement of qualified candidates
* Manage multiple job orders and prioritize based on urgency and client demand
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS system
* Conduct regular check-ins with associates to ensure job satisfaction and retention
* Assist with onboarding, orientation, and compliance processes
* Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and performance targets
** Qualifications **
* 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* Results-driven with a sense of urgency
* Comfortable working with performance metrics and goals
* Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
