To support physician staffing needs, the full-time Staffing Consultant will analyze client requirements, recruit qualified providers, and manage locum tenens assignments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Recruit new providers by contacting physicians, hospitals, and residency programs to identify potential candidates Market available locum tenens assignments to recruited providers and ensure their assignment needs are met Maintain accurate database information and provide weekly reports on activities to management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience One to three years of experience in telemarketing, sales, recruiting, staffing, or marketing, preferably in healthcare Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn new applications Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional telephone presentation and excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
