Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading enterprise performance management, strategic alignment, and business visibility capabilities across Carelon
- Partners with executive leadership, business units, product teams, and shared services to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
- Ensures consistent measurement, accountability, and visibility across strategic priorities
- Leads the enterprise OKR framework and performance management processes
- Serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership by providing performance insights
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead enterprise performance management across business units
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and governing an enterprise OKR program
- Extensive experience owning executive reporting and performance dashboards
- Track record serving as a strategic advisor to executives
