What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain features for the FranklinCovey learning platform.
- Help the team track and improve the performance of the platform as it scales.
- Participate in code reviews and help define best practices for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, data) to ensure you’re building the right things.
- Work with other teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure a great user experience.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience with Python, Django, Terraform, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with one or more of the following: React, PHP, or TypeScript (a plus).
- Experience deploying code to AWS.
- Strong written communication skills.
- A passion for learning and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $180,000 – $220,000 per year (California) – exact compensation will vary based on experience.
