To support the development of scalable full-stack systems delivering business value, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will work remotely to develop AI applications, solve complex problems, create reusable frameworks, and lead engineering teams in delivering production-ready solutions. Key responsibilities Lead rapid delivery initiatives, coach on prototype-first approaches, and manage complex stakeholder relationships to build complete applications across various technology stacks Architect and implement generative AI systems, establish RAG standards, and mentor engineers on best practices in AI development Define and enforce documentation and reliability standards, drive post-incident improvements, and lead lean transformations across teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of relevant professional experience Deep production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across backend and frontend, including modern frontend frameworks and backend API development Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production deployment strategies Demonstrable fluency with AI coding tools and hands-on experience architecting production generative AI applications
