Staff Software Engineer: Reliability, Incidents & Observability Lead

Robinhood is seeking a Staff Senior Engineer for the newly formed RCC to lead incident response, reliability, and observability. You will own processes and tooling to ensure fast, high-quality responses while collaborating with product engineering, reliability, and business teams.

You will drive post-incident governance, define standards for postmortems, and mentor others to raise engineering culture. This is a high-visibility role based in Menlo Park with in‑person presence a few days weekly.
