What You'll Do
Write Production Code: This is a heavy individual contributor role. You’ll be partnering directly with our CTO to design, build, and polish our modern .NET platform.
Own Outcomes, Not Tasks: You will be given high-level problems and the freedom to solve them. You will be responsible for the architecture, execution, and stability of what you build.
Leave it Better: We operate on a "leave things better than you found them" philosophy. You’ll proactively identify tech debt, refactor cleanly, and document your work so the team stays fast and unblocked.
Engage with the Team: Because we are remote, you need to be comfortable bringing your personality to the table. We don't need code robots; we need a communicative, collaborative peer who actively participates in our async culture.
