- oLead the architecture and development of enterprise-scale full-stack applications
- .Design scalable backend services, APIs, and modern web applications
- .Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including intelligent automation, AI copilots, and LLM-based workflows
- .Drive engineering best practices for architecture, code quality, testing, security, and deployment
- .Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions
- .Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and system resilience
- .Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects
- .Evaluate and introduce modern development frameworks, cloud technologies, and AI engineering tools
- .Champion innovation by exploring emerging technologies and applying them where they create business value
Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- .12+ years of professional software engineering experience
- .Backend development experience with technologies such as C#, Node.js, Java, or similar object-oriented languages
- .Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable application architecture
- .Experience working with public cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- .Hands-on experience developing or integrating Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, or autonomous AI workflows
- .Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- .Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and modern software delivery methodologies
- .Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams

- eMulti-agent AI architectures and orchestration frameworks
- .Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations
- .Event-driven systems and real-time streaming technologies
- .Docker and Kubernetes
- .Experience supporting enterprise platforms within commercial real estate, financial services, or other large-scale business environments
