Join a high-impact, remote-first engineering team building real-time web applications for our global B2B hotel marketplace. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale mission-critical systems used by major global hotel brands.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, deploy, and operate scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) on AWS ECS.
- Develop responsive, performant, and accessible UIs integrated with REST and GraphQL APIs using React and TypeScript.
- Design and scale low-latency, high-throughput asynchronous workflows using Kafka or AWS SQS.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, ScyllaDB) to optimise data storage and retrieval.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of professional full-stack development experience with production systems.
- Strong backend proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Solid frontend expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and modern state management.
- Proven experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms (Kafka/SQS), and building ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments (ECS, S3 IAM) and containerization tools (Docker).
