Decagon, an in-office company, is seeking a Staff Research Engineer to build industry-leading conversational AI models powering Decagon’s agent from idea to production. You’ll own multi-quarter initiatives to improve reliability, capability, and efficiency, and design frontier approaches for training, evaluation, and orchestration.
You will ship end-to-end research and engineering work, mentor others, and set technical direction for applied research and engineering.
