The successful candidate will oversee project execution activities, coordinate technical teams, monitor schedules and milestones, and support the successful delivery of engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle.The Staff Project Manager will work closely with government personnel, engineers, manufacturing teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical, schedule, and program objectives.This role is critical to supporting lifecycle management, project execution, and coordination across engineering and modernization efforts associated with ECMP initiatives.Primary Responsibilities:Provide project management support for Engineering Change and Modernization Projects (ECMP).Coordinate project activities across engineering, manufacturing, safety, construction, and technical teams.Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and maintain project schedules, action item trackers, milestone reports, and status updates.Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and resolving schedule, technical, and resource challenges.Coordinate meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, project briefings, and stakeholder engagements.Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of project objectives.Support risk identification, issue management, and mitigation planning activities.Assist with project documentation, technical reports, meeting minutes, and project records management.Coordinate communication between government stakeholders, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors.Support engineering and manufacturing modernization initiatives through project planning and execution support.Monitor project performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and project outcomes.Assist with resource planning and coordination to support project requirements.Support development and maintenance of project management documentation and reporting requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable customer requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies.Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives.QualificationsRequired:Active U.S.
