Geotechnical EngineerGEI is growing and we are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer in our Allendale, Michigan office. This individual will assist with multiple tasks including but not limited to: management of subsurface explorations, field construction services oversight, development of geotechnical engineering reports, assisting with Geostructural design projects related to earthen retention systems, ground improvement design and both shallow and deep foundation design. Support complex dam design and evaluation projects, trenchless utility installation designs, and other specialty geotechnical engineering challenges.Essential Responsibilities & DutiesThe Geotechnical Engineer will coordinate, oversee, and manage subsurface exploration activities, develop geotechnical engineering reports and support the GEI's geotechnical and Geostructural design teams with geotechnical design activities.
