Product Manager Position at NG.CASH
We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to serve as Product Manager at NG.CASH, who believes that the best way to solve big problems is through technology.
We believe that the best growth channel is a well-made product that assertively and scalably addresses our customers' pain points. That's why we dedicate most of our resources to this end.
The Product Manager's main responsibility will be to coordinate product development in conjunction with their multidisciplinary squad, building products with development, design, and data teams that meet real user needs and generate solid business results.
What must be present:
- Practical experience in product creation (preferably over 3 years);
- A passionate approach to customer experience;
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles with a deep focus on the customer, understanding their behavior through data analysis and research;
- Ability to work together with the development and data team;
- Knowledge of risk management principles;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Analytical approach with a focus on making data-driven decisions;
- Ability to lead by influence a multidisciplinary squad and build partnerships with other areas of the company.
