TheBrandProtectionteamhelpscreateafairandtrustedWalmartMarketplacewherebrandsandsellerscanconfidentlygrowandcustomerscanconfidentlyshop.OurproductshelpprotectbrandsagainstintellectualpropertyinfringementandotherformsofbrandabusewhileensuringlegitimatesellerscanparticipatefairlyintheMarketplace.Webuildcapabilitiesservingmultipleusers:brandsprotectingtheirintellectualproperty,sellersbuildingbusinessesonWalmart,Walmartassociatesinvestigatingcomplexcases,andcustomerswhoexpectauthenticandtrustworthyproducts.
What you'll do:
Buildingwithdeepcustomer,seller,andbrandempathy -Understandtheneedsofcustomers,sellers,brands,andWalmartassociatesanddesignexperiencesthatprotectbrandsandcustomertrustwhileenablinglegitimatesellerstogrowwithminimalfriction.TransformingBrandProtectionthroughself-serviceandautomation –Reimaginehistoricallymanualexperiencesbygivingbrandsbettertoolstoprotectthemselvesandenablingassociatestoinvestigateandresolveissuesfaster,moreconsistently,andatscale.Turningprotectionintoagrowthadvantage –LookbeyondenforcementtoidentifyhowBrandProtectioncapabilitiescanstrengthenWalmart'svaluepropositiontobrands,helpingthemconfidentlyinvest,build,andgrowtheirbusinessesonMarketplace.
What you'll bring:

• Experience :8+yearsofproductmanagementexperience,withatrackrecordofdefiningstrategyanddeliveringcomplex,high-impactproductsatscale.
• Marketplace&TrustAcumen :Strongunderstandingofmarketplaceecosystems.ExperienceineCommerce,marketplaces,brandprotection,intellectualproperty,trust&safety,risk,oradjacentdomainsisvaluable.
• AI&TechnicalAcumen :StrongunderstandingofAI/MLandautomation,withexperienceusingtechnologytoimprovedecision-making,automatecomplexworkflows,andbuildscalableproducts.
• Product&SystemsThinking :Provenabilitytotakecomplex,ambiguousproblemsacrossmultipleusersandworkflowsandtranslatethemintoclearproductstrategies,scalablesolutions,andintuitiveexperiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
