Staff Asic Design Verification Engineer (Technical Role)Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.This is a position for staff technical member of Micron's Asic Verification and Emulation group.The candidate will have a key role in architecture and development of advanced verification environments for complex SoC components, while ensuring on time, one time best-in-class quality.Job Responsibilities:Able to define, develop, debug and improve new innovative Design verification environments, methodologies and flowsRelevant and hands-on experience with development of test benches, verification plans, test-plans and coverage definitions for complex IPs, Sub-systems and SocsCapable of interacting with architecture, FW and design teams to debug and resolve critical issuesJob QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Education: B.S. in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent with extensive industry experience6-12 years of deep verification exposureExperience with RTL debugging, score boarding and code coverage analysisProven expertise with writing and tracking detailed test-plans at all levels.Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with DDR, PCIe/NVMe or NAND interfaces is an advantageExpert level with System-Verilog and UVM methodologies, Familiarity with C is an advantageExposure to gen-AI tools (Claude-Code, others) is an advantageExposure to emulation is an advantageBehavioral Attributes Desired:Good written and oral communication.Team player, adaptable, dynamic and with great interpersonal communication skills.The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$145,000.00 - $286,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
