Seeking a visionary Staff Platform Engineer to join the EngOps team in a full-time remote role, responsible for designing and building a robust Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that enhances engineering efficiency and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Design and manage high-availability, scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud-native services Enhance CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling to minimize developer friction and streamline deployment cycles Implement observability, security standards, and cost-optimization strategies across the infrastructure ecosystem Required qualifications Deep experience deploying and customizing developer portals like Backstage or Port.io Expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform, Networking, and Security with 10+ years of software engineering experience Exceptional expertise in golang and deep knowledge of System Architecture Proven ability to drive architectural strategy and solve complex operational bottlenecks Documented track record of mentoring senior and mid-level engineers through architectural guidance
