SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high quality, cost effective, values- based patient care for our patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  Medical degree from an accredited medical school

  MD, DO, or credentialed licensed provider

  Must be board certified and currently possess a license to practice in State of employment
