FOX has partnered with a top orthopedic and sports medicine practice in the greater Atlanta area to add a Physical Therapist to their Johns Creek clinic. What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you'll:
Put together individualized treatment plans that help patients cut down pain, regain mobility, and prevent disability.
Provide hands-on care and track patient progress from evaluation all the way through recovery.
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team to support patient goals.
Take on a meaningful role in improving the clinic's services and meeting patient needs more completely.

What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a similar area
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or eligible Georgia PT license
CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level)
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
Firm understanding of PT principles and practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
