Staff Pharmacist - Florence, KY

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist to support a busy digital/mail order pharmacy experiencing a surge in prescription volume. This role focuses on dispensing non-insurance medications, primarily generics, with some brand and specialty products included. The pharmacy serves all 50 states plus Washington, DC, offering a dynamic environment that demands accuracy and teamwork.
Location:

• Florence, KY (licensed pharmacists from Cincinnati, OH are encouraged to apply if holding KY license)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment, including verifying prescriptions
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and quality standards
• Adapt quickly to a high-volume environment and contribute positively as a team player

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Kentucky pharmacist license required
• Previous experience in high-volume retail pharmacy preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
