A mid-shift pharmacist position is available at a closed-door long-term care facility, specializing in managing a high-volume prescription environment averaging around 600 prescriptions per day. Responsibilities include conducting initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system-with training provided if needed-supervising pharmacy technicians, and ensuring accurate dispensing of medications. The role requires working Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with every third weekend rotation including Saturdays and Sundays on staggered shifts (11:00 am - 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm). Additionally, coverage during at least one summer and one winter holiday is required.
