We're partnering with an innovative technology company developing advanced power electronics and hardware solutions. They are looking for a Staff PCB Design Engineer to join a collaborative R&D team designing next-generation electronic products.
Responsibilities
- Design complex multilayer PCBs for high-speed, power, and high-voltage applications.
- Own PCB layouts from schematic through production release.
- Ensure designs meet EMC, safety, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on PCB integration and product development.
- Create manufacturing documentation and support PCB validation.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of PCB design experience.
- Experience with complex multilayer PCB layouts for commercial products.
- Proficiency with Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, Altium, or similar PCB design tools.
- Knowledge of EMC, DFM/DFA/DFT, and electrical safety standards.
- Experience with high-voltage and power electronics is highly desirable.
