As a Staff Nurse, you will play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our clients through dedicated nursing practices.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in inpatient settings.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
* Respond effectively to emergency situations as needed.
* Assist in supervising Recovery Advocates.
* Complete chart audits.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications
* Current LVN or RN license in the state of Alaska.
* Proven experience with substance use disorder clients preferred.
* Strong skills in patient assessment and basic life support.
* Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for effective documentation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
* Experience with trauma care or mental health preferred but not required.
