Job Description

Responsibilities / Essential Duties
- Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medication-assisted treatment and drug-free treatment programming.
- Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
- Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and other medication dosages.
- Monitors the physical and mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
- Must be available to travel if needed.
Start Date, Location, Pay, Schedule
Start Date: ASAP
Location: UIC Miles Square
Pay Rate: $30.00
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.)

Required Experience & Credentials
Education and/or Experience: At least two years' experience in hospital or agency setting (preferred).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR (required).
