Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) Long Term Care, PRN

As a skilled nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and building lasting relationships with your patients.

Ideal candidates possess a nursing degree and current RN/LPN license from the state of Colorado.

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of your job is to assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such activity must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times.

Education

Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and a current RN or LPN license from the state of Colorado (or a compact state).

Experience

Prefer one (1) year experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution but willing to train a new grad RN. Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Licenses & Certifications

LPN/RN in state of Colorado.

Compensation

• RN - $33.00/hr - $43.50/hr, DOE (PRN Shift Differential assessed after the offer)
• LPN - $26.00 - $32.50/hr DOE (PRN Shift Differential assessed after the offer)

Physical Requirements

Occasionally (0-33%) - Standing, sitting, change position, reaching, reach across midline, crouching/squatting, kneeling, lifting/lowering (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-50 lbs).

Frequently (34 – 66%) - Walking, handling, pinching, feeling, stooping

Continuously (37 -100%) See with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance
