Harbor House is a preferred post-acute provider, is Joint Commission accredited, and holds a 5-Star CMS rating. We provide short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and respite care. Requirements:
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current unencumbered Massachusetts state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR certification
- Skilled nursing facility experiences preferred
