What You’ll Do:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
Monitor residents and accurately document care
Administer medications safely and on time
Take and record vital signs
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient needs
Qualifications:
Current, active LPN license in Massachusetts
Current CPR certification
Passion for patient care and teamwork
