What You’ll Do
- Conduct post‑offer pre‑placement (POPP) evaluations, annual assessments, and periodic medical surveillance.
- Support return‑to‑work (RTW) and fitness‑for‑duty (FFD) processes.
- Perform respirator fit testing and vision screening in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Administer immunizations and medications per protocol.
- Triage and manage work‑related injuries and blood/body fluid exposures (BBPE).
- Respond to urgent employee health concerns and elevate as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and Cority.
- Monitor and maintain vaccine and pharmaceutical inventory.
- Ensure clinical equipment is compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support employee health clearance and compliance workflows.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Prior experience in Occupational Health, Employee Health, Ambulatory Care, or a related setting required.
Licenses & Certifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
