What You’ll Do

• Conduct post‑offer pre‑placement (POPP) evaluations, annual assessments, and periodic medical surveillance.
• Support return‑to‑work (RTW) and fitness‑for‑duty (FFD) processes.
• Perform respirator fit testing and vision screening in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Administer immunizations and medications per protocol.
• Triage and manage work‑related injuries and blood/body fluid exposures (BBPE).
• Respond to urgent employee health concerns and elevate as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and Cority.
• Monitor and maintain vaccine and pharmaceutical inventory.
• Ensure clinical equipment is compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support employee health clearance and compliance workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Prior experience in Occupational Health, Employee Health, Ambulatory Care, or a related setting required.

Licenses & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
