To support a collaborative team, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, translating complex business challenges into effective solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Analyze business challenges and develop Maximo-based solutions throughout the software development lifecycle Build and support integrations with enterprise systems and enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, and customizations Create validation documents and test plans to ensure quality while mentoring teammates and fostering a culture of continuous learning Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including integration frameworks and database systems
