Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while addressing complex business challenges and enhancing operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform throughout the software development lifecycle Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer and integration frameworks Experience with complex BIRT reports and REST/JSON integrations across enterprise systems
