To support a collaborative team focused on enterprise applications, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while working closely with business and technical partners to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience Extensive experience working with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes Solid understanding of database systems, especially DB2, and familiarity with REST/JSON integrations
