The team operates with urgency, high standards, and deep partnership to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.As a Staff Manufacturing Recruiter, you will serve as a senior talent partner responsible for helping scale the manufacturing organization that brings NEO from development into production. You will partner directly with executive leaders, own some of the company's most critical and complex hiring initiatives, and help shape talent strategy across manufacturing, automation, test, software, and hardware functions.
