Join our team as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in enhancing our manufacturing operations! You’ll collaborate with R&D, lead process improvements, and ensure seamless transitions of new products into production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with R&D to ensure product designs meet manufacturing standards.
- Provide DFM, DFA, DFR, and DFS recommendations.
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement solutions.
- Manage NPI projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to operators and technicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (8+ years of experience) or Master’s (6+ years).
- Experience in electromechanical assembly and capital equipment manufacturing.
- Strong background in BOM management and change control.
- Expertise in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Familiarity with FDA QSR, ISO9000, and ISO13485 standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Lean and Six Sigma experience.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
