Owning the frontend architecture and delivery of the Pulse application, the full-time Staff Frontend Engineer will shape the product experience across Microsoft Teams and Slack, collaborating closely with design and product teams to create clear, shippable experiences. Key responsibilities Lead the architecture and production delivery of Pulse's frontend, ensuring a consistent user experience Translate ambiguous product goals into actionable plans, defining user flows and rollout strategies Mentor engineers and establish frontend standards and patterns to enhance team efficiency Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in building production frontend and full-stack systems, with expertise in React and TypeScript Strong backend and API knowledge with Node.js, GraphQL, and REST Proven ability to partner with designers to deliver polished user interfaces Experience scaling products from early stages to broader adoption Comfort with CI/CD, experimentation, and phased releases in production environments
