Owning the quality and consistency of core flag surfaces, the full-time remote Staff Frontend Engineer will ensure a coherent user experience across teams, manage design system adoption, and drive product improvements based on customer needs. Key responsibilities Own the consistency and quality of core flag surfaces, setting direction for shared interactions and reviewing team outputs Set the agenda based on customer evidence, prioritizing improvements that address user needs and workflows Build and maintain interaction primitives for workflows, ensuring shared capabilities are utilized across the product Required qualifications 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise, including ownership of multi-team systems Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with the ability to work across API boundaries Experience owning and implementing a design system that was successfully adopted by teams Demonstrated product and UX judgment, with the ability to trace workflows and identify user friction Proven track record of influencing cross-team standards without formal authority
