The role leads high-impact projects from concept through completion while providing technical guidance, design expertise, and cross-functional support across the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesLead process and structural engineering design for specialized and ETO projectsPrepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documentationReview sales orders, specifications, and estimates to ensure technical accuracy and scope alignmentCollaborate with sales, estimating, purchasing, manufacturing, suppliers, and customersSupport manufacturing, assembly, and testing activities related to design and functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve engineering issues throughout the production processServe as a technical subject matter expert and mentor engineers and designersSupport quoting efforts by evaluating customer requirements and developing technical solutionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, manufacturability, and reduce reworkMaintain engineering documentation and document control proceduresLead projects from concept through completion, ensuring milestones and scope are metTravel up to 15%, including international travel, as requiredQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineering (PE) license required or ability to obtain within one year5+ years of experience in process and/or structural engineeringStrong knowledge of process systems, structural analysis, and applicable industry standardsExperience with FEA, AutoCAD, and InventorStrong communication, organization, and project leadership skills
