Staff Engineer, MarTech = Hybrid
We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to join a Marketing Technology team supporting a large-scale eCommerce environment.

What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on Java / Spring Boot
- Staff, Lead, or Senior-level technical leadership experience
- Strong background in eCommerce and/or MarTech
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST APIs
- Cloud experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI
- Strong communication and ability to influence technical direction without direct management authority
What you’ll be doing:
- Architect and xhqgsiq build scalable MarTech platforms and services
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions
- Drive technical strategy and engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance
- Help ensure reliable, highly available production systems
