Working across the full stack, you'll help build our in-house ERP/MRP platform and integrate critical systems that connect manufacturing, engineering, and operations.Your work will directly impact the company's ability to scale production, improve operational efficiency, and execute reliably as we grow.Key OutcomesDeliver reliable production software that supports manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and business operations across the companyDevelop and maintain core ERP/MRP functionality that improves planning, execution, traceability, and operational visibilityBuild scalable APIs, services, and data models that integrate systems across engineering, manufacturing, and business workflowsImprove system performance, reliability, observability, and deployment automation across business-critical applicationsPartner closely with operations teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and deliver software solutions that create measurable business impactKey CompetenciesStrong full-stack software engineering skills with the ability to build and operate production systems end-to-endAbility to translate ambiguous operational challenges into practical, maintainable software solutionsStrong systems thinking across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and business workflowsOwnership mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainabilityStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersMinimum Requirements3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systemsStrong experience developing full-stack applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworksProficiency with React and modern web application developmentSolid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data modelingExperience deploying, operating, and supporting production software systemsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCPFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflowsUnderstanding of system monitoring, observability, reliability, and production supportAbility to work effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environmentPreferred SkillsExperience developing software for manufacturing, supply chain, or production operationsFamiliarity with ERP, MRP, MES, or PLM systems and integrationsExperience building internal tools used by operations or business teamsStrong testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end testingExperience with testing frameworks such as Cypress or React Testing LibraryExperience designing and maintaining infrastructure, deployment pipelines, or DevOps toolingWhat Does a Successful 1X Team Member Look Like?Team members at 1X who thrive here are builders.
