The company operates a large polyglot monorepo and is focused on improving the build and test infrastructure that supports their engineering org.This role is a mix of hands-on technical work and light people management — you'll own their Bazel build system and manage one Bazel engineer.Compensation & Location:Up to $360,000 base salary + equityHybrid out of Alameda, CACore Responsibilities:Own and evolve a Bazel-based build system within a polyglot monorepoImprove and maintain CI pipelines (CircleCI experience a plus)Set standards for build and test infrastructure across the engineering teamCollaborate with developers to improve build performance and reliabilityManage and mentor one Bazel engineer
