Staff Electrical EngineerThis role is a senior-level opportunity to lead the electronics design and architecture of high-volume consumer hardware products. As the Staff Electrical Engineer, you will own end-to-end hardware development—from early prototypes to mass production—while collaborating across firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and overseas engineering teams. If you excel in low-power system design, RF architectures, PCB development, and scaling complex hardware through production, this position offers significant technical ownership and impact.What You Will DoOwn Electronics Design – Lead hardware development across proof-of-concept, EVT/DVT builds, validation, and release to mass production.System Architecture & Optimization – Drive schematic design, PCB layout guidance, component selection, and overall hardware architecture.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and international engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.Low-Power Engineering – Develop and refine power management strategies for ultra-low-power applications.Manufacturing Support – Work with overseas contract manufacturers/JDM partners on design reviews, testing, validation, and production scaling.Hardware Bring-Up & Testing – Lead board bring-up, debug, test development, and safety/qualification processes.What You Will Bring8+ years of electrical engineering experience in high-volume consumer electronics.Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.Deep expertise in: Low-power system designLithium-ion battery-powered systemsRF systems (Wi-Fi, LTE, GNSS) and antenna designSensors and mixed-signal circuit designDigital communication busesProficiency with schematic capture & PCB layout software (Altium preferred).Advanced lab debugging skills—oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, etc.Ability to solder and rework components down to 0201 under a microscope.Experience leading hardware development from prototype ?
