Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education and training for our long-term care and rehabilitation team. In this resident-centered, faith-based environment, you will coordinate orientation, competencies, and ongoing in-service programs to support quality care, safety, and regulatory compliance. Partnering with nursing leadership, you will assess learning needs, mentor staff at all levels, and drive continuous improvement so residents receive compassionate, person-centered services every day.
