Signature HealthCARE seeks a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead education and training for our long-term care and post-acute team. In this on-site role, you will design and deliver orientation, in-services, and ongoing clinical education to support safe, resident-centered care. You will assess competencies, coach staff at the bedside, and ensure training meets regulatory standards.
Collaborating with nursing and leadership, you’ll identify learning needs, track compliance, and drive quality and performance improvement in a mission-driven, faith-based environment.
