Key Responsibilities Define the architecture and roadmap for local development, repository tooling, CI/CD, and release workflows Lead high-impact initiatives that standardize the path from code change to production, reducing manual coordination Establish standards for developer workflows and mentor engineers to improve delivery systems across the organization Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Developer Experience, Build/Release Engineering, or related fields with substantial tooling ownership Deep experience designing and operating CI/CD systems, preferably with GitLab CI/CD Strong understanding of Kubernetes-based development or delivery workflows Proficiency in Go and Python for automation and developer tooling Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives across multiple teams
