Staff Design Engineer, DRAM & Memory Circuits

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff Design Engineer for our DRAM team to own circuit design decisions and drive parasitic modeling, floorplanning, and tape-out for next-generation memory products.

You will collaborate with design, verification, product, and manufacturing to deliver high-quality silicon, while leveraging Generative AI tools to speed up design, analysis, and documentation. Excellent grounding in CMOS/VLSI and mixed-signal design is required.
